Phase 1 built the foundation: docs structured, index live, the assistant loaded with the right context. Phase 2 is running now: the system updates itself as new decisions and sessions happen, without the founder manually maintaining it.
Phase 3 is about pattern recognition: surfacing which decisions come up most often, where the gaps in the knowledge base are, and what the founder is still being pulled in for that the system should handle instead.
